We are able to ship 12 months a year out of our 60,000 sq. ft. greenhouse facility. With our location in Dallas, Texas, we are able to ship all over the United States at a reasonable rate and pass the savings on to you.

	CLAIMS: Claims must be made within 48 HOURS of delivery. If QUALITY or TRANSPORTATION problems occur, it is the responsibility of the consignee to initiate a claim, noting condition of the plant material on the bill of lading. Please notify the carrier for an inspection. Also, notify your broker or Southwest Perennials Inc. of the problem IMMEDIATELY. Southwest Perennials limits its liability to the purchase price of the plant material.


	SHIPPING: We cannot guarantee against loss by freight carriers. We take extra precautions by netting, and/or shrink wrapping our product to keep it from being knocked out of the pot by the carrier. Customer pick up at our door is available.
